The English Gardens offers a rustic 3.5 star cottage experience. Set within the beautiful garden grounds or nestled in the forest by the mountain creek, each cottage is fully self-contained, with spa baths, log fires, fully equipped kitchens, living rooms featuring satellite tv and dvd players. In the main house, you will find a gift shop, restaurant and cafe, where our renowned devonshire teas have been served since 1952. Situated in the world heritage Springbrook National Park, the English Gardens is across the street from the Goomolara Waterfalls, and a short walk or drive away from all of Springbrook's attractions. Perfect for both long and short stays, our most popular season is in spring (September-October), when the English Gardens are in full bloom.

Nestled in the Gold Coast Hinterland between Brisbane and the northern border of New South Wales, lies Ferntree Grove. Formerly known as Springbrook Cedar Retreat, FerntreeGrove provides self-contained and idyllic accommodation set in Springbrook National Park, in the heart of a World Heritage listed sub-tropical rainforest, surrounded by natural beauty, waterfalls and wildlife. We offer a choice of two cyprus pine homes, separated by a large outdoor deck area. Whistler house features two bedrooms and is wheel-chair friendly, and Rosella house has three bedrooms. Both homes have fully equipped kitchens. Bedding arrangements can be altered to suit your needs, with a choice of king-size single or double beds. Special accommodation packages are available for couples, honeymooners, girls-weekends or special interest groups. When both homes are used, groups of up to 17 may be accommodated. So, whether you are looking for a simple relaxing escape from a hectic lifestyle, or a place for family or friends to gather, Ferntree Grove offers comfortable accommodation "a world away"...

In addition to our long established, private and popular Bed & Breakfast wing, Paddymelons is pleased to offer romantic and luxurious self contained accommodation with its own private courtyard and access. Private spacious and comfortable, including double spa, large plasma television, access to our DVD library, air-conditioned and wireless internet access for those that do not go anywhere without their laptop. Take in the World Heritage natural beauty from your own private balcony, watch the kookaburra establish his dominance over the Noisy Minors, Currawongs, Magpies and Bowerbirds or just lose yourself in the interaction between the Rosellas, Lorikeets and King Parrots and be amazed by their chatter and vibrant colour. If your lucky you may hear the Koalas bellow in the evening or during the night - we apologise in advance for the noise of nature and the antics of the possums who simply will not behave and seem to need to party on most nights!
