Located in Bridgetown's Kangaroo Gully just 5 kilometres from the Town Centre the estate comprises 8.5 acres of rolling hillside property on which there has been in excess of 100 deciduous trees planted. Around 200 fruit trees are also spread throughout the property. The residence on Jobry Country Retreat has been recently completed with the comfort of guests in mind with heated floors in bedrooms and ensuites, heated towel rails, reverse cycle airconditioning, wood fire. Each room has a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a flat screen television and DVD player. We have three areas to relax in and also have a large telescope for star gazing on the cool clear nights with minimal surrounding light. We pride ourselves on cleanliness - all en-suites are fully steam cleaned after guests leave.

Nestled alongside a Conservation Park, Rob & Caroline purchased their 30 acre property with a vision to develop a place where guests can get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.There are two basic - self contained cottages with private facilities. Each cottage has a barbeque on a private verandah with an outdoor setting looking out over the lake. Water bikes on the lake have been an absolute hit amongst previous guests. Around the three level jetty's we have a large residence of ducks and water birds. We do have two pet resident white ducks - "Pepper & Spice" who will probably come over for a visit when they see you. The many species of birds that have been sighted to date (different types) includes Redtail Cockatoos, Wrens, Honeyeaters, Western Rosella's, 28's and Red Robins. All the different types are all around the cottages and the brilliant colours are amazing 45 different types so far. The morning wakes you with the songs of nature. Much better than an alarm clock!The two cottages available have been renovated beautifully, and we are in the process of renovating the old barn, which will be our third cottage; and the last will be the original homestead buildings which were built in the fifties ...
