The Peterborough Caravan Park was the recipient of the Northern South Australian Business Award for Caravan Parks and Camping grounds in 2002. The Award was a joint venture of the Northern Regional Development Board and Flinders Ranges and Outback South Australia. The ark is set in a quiet area of the historic railway town of Peterborough.
