The start of the Riesling Trail is minutes walk.. Upstairs are two bedrooms which look out over the garden both are light bright and have queen size beds. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, have an en-suite, and a dressing room with walk in robes. The bed linen is first class as are the towels and dressing robes. Downstairs the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, a full laundry, a large spa room, and a lounge room. The kitchen is also fully equipped. It is situated a minutes walk from the start of the beautiful, 27 kilometre Riesling Trail. The cottage was built in 1860, and is Heritage SA and National Trust listed. The cottage has been extensively and expensively, renovated and is designed to be bliss and luxury for one couple. Upstairs is a magnificent, Victorian antique, nickel and silver iron Queen-size bed. There is a luxurious black leather suite, with armchairs, and settee. The open fire is wonderful to sit round on cold nights, (iron combustion stove) and there is plenty of things to entertain yourself with- TV, DVD, VCR, CD, tapes, a movie library, games, books, etc. Within the cottage, there are some beautiful pieces of furniture and original artwork, much from local artists...
