The 7th Street Motel is a family operated Motel, was first established in 1979 and commenced trading the same year with six units. A further five units were built in 1983 which included two large family units, making a total of eleven. This gave a good mix of style and size for the traveller of the day. In June 2000, the Motel established its partnership with the 'Welcome Motor Inns' chain, of which it is still a part of today. The most outstanding feature of the Motel is its location. Being away from constant traffic noise associated with the highway, the Motel affords guests a relaxing, quiet atmosphere, close to all the conveniences of the Mildura Central Business District - restaurants, clubs, shops, Murray River and the rail/coach terminal. Ian, Deb and family have a strong community background, only recently moving to Mildura from South Australia . We would like to welcome you to the Mid City Plantation Motel, a reasonably priced motel with a tropical atmosphere. Centrally situated the motel is only a 3 minute walk to the city heart shopping mall, clubs, cinema ,restaurants and Murray River,an ideal location to stay.

The City Gate Motel is ideally situated in the centre of Mildura, it is a short stroll to the Murray River, restaurants, conference venues and the new Dockside Marina. Our motel has 22 rooms, consisting of 2 X 2 bedroom units, a spa unit, interconnecting rooms, family rooms, double rooms, twin rooms and a disabled room, all rooms are ground floor. All rooms have remote control TVs, reverse cycle air/heating, toasters, tea/coffee making facilities, refrigerators, bath and showers, direct dial phone with data ports, in house movies. The Pool and Spa are privately situated away from the road within a garden envirment. We also have guest laundry with free washing machine, the clothes dryer takes coins, there is a clothes line for the guest to use if they wish. There is a gas BBQ for the guests to use.
