Environmentally friendly 4.5 Green Star apartment accommodation. Both apartment 1 & 2 have levels of comfort and luxury that are similar but rather it is the overall style, size of the apartments and proximity of views from different areas that would influence individual preference. Summit Views Apartment 1 has the prime views from the lounge/living area and the bathroom includes a double shower (which looks down and across the lounge area to the view) and there is a large spa side LCD, run via a multi functional water proof selection pad, so you can relax and watch a movie, Foxtel IQ Platinum package or listen to some favourite music. A magnificent custom oversized leather couch in the main viewing window looking out over a 180 degree unsurpassed panorama. There is a wood fire for cooler nights (wood not supplied) and climate control. The main lounge area of Apt 1 has two additional large comfy sofas and the sound and vision is controlled via a Marantz virtual onscreen remote and the area is very spacious, with up to 3 metre high floor to ceiling double glazed tinted windows to take in the awesome views...
