Although we do have limited secure car parking in the basement, it is easy to manage without a car, as nearly everything in the way of restaurants and shopping is within that five-minute walking range. There is a Coles supermarket about 100 metres further along Macrossan Street, and they charge city prices, not inflated tourist prices! We have a full tour desk at The Pavilions and can book any tours that you may be interested in taking, at absolutely no extra cost to you. All of the tour operators will pick up from the door; so again, unless you plan to explore the region "under your own steam" there is really no need for a car. We can arrange transfers from and to Cairns International Airport at a cost of $30/person each way, if necessary...
