The only shared areas are the pool and hot tub, which are both on an upper level and also offer commanding views across the bay. If the weather is not as delightful as usual you can sit in the comfort of your suite and still gaze over the same panorama through the huge picture window in your living room. Binoculars are provided so that you can watch dolphins at play or get a close up on that boat your going to buy when......well, you know we all have dreams and here you can be a little closer to them and a lot further away from that annoying reality. The Garden Apartment is located on the lower level of the property and opens onto a gorgeous deck and garden then across to the park and beach in front. It also offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the second with a double bed and single as a bunk. A sofa bed in the loungeroom can also be used for the 5th guest if required. The bathroom has a spa bath/shower to ease the stress of the beach. You can cook up a scrumptious meal in the smaller but fully equipped kitchen and there is a lounge/dining room with Digital TV/DVD/Stereo for entertainment. Relaxing on the sundrenched front verandah while the BBQ is being cooked is a popular pastime in the Garden Apartment and you can also check out the passing boats. We have installed an outside shower to wash off the sand and salt as you come up from the beach. The park, which is also in front , has a play gym area for the kids as does the Dutchies beach park area which is only 200mtrs away. The walk/cycleway around the foreshore is a great way to get to the marina and CBD which is just 1km from Baggies.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are separated by a large bathroom with a corner bath, separate shower and a toilet. The 3rd level contains the lounge room with a double sofa if required to accommodate up to 8 guests if required. On the 4th level you will find the large kitchen, dining room and a 3rd powder room. This level opens out onto the BBQ deck and setting. There are 2 other decks in the apartment. The apartment is airconditioned and has a Digital TV/DVD/Stereo for your entertainment. Onstreet and offstreet parking is available. We are dog friendly for vaccinated and house trained pets. A fully enclosed rear yard is included.
