Closeburn House (c1885) is situated on 13 acres of parklike gardens and bushland reserve away from highway and railway noise. We provide in a mood of peace and relaxation, old-fashioned comforts, quiet hospitality and personal service. The Guest House comprises of ten double ensuite rooms - central heating - open fires - guest lounge and fully licensed restaurant. The gardens and dining room make for an ideal Wedding Reception venue and we also offer Winter Yulefests, Robbie Burns Nights, Musical Recitals, Queen Victoria's Birthday Celebration, Dinner and Jazz Nights and Conferences. Closeburn House is the perfect venue for group bookings and functions for up to 94 persons. There are bushwalking tracks leading from the property and historic Mount York Lookout including abseiling is just 3 km from the guest house.
Motel is situated in a quiet village of the Blue Mountains, in a quite location off the main highway. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and guests are always complimentary when leaving the property. If you are looking for a motel that is in a peaceful environment away from the main tourist centres, yet only a short drive or train ride from those places of interest, this place will suit you to the ground. All rooms have large bay windows that overlook 1 acre of gardens. Ask the staff if you can go for a walk through them. You will find the village and its people very welcoming.
