The Sun Worship villas are a mixture of 2 and 3 bedrooms. The two bedroom villa features one enormous bedroom upstairs plus en-suite bathroom. The three bedroom villas have two upstairs bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. There is a bunkroom downstairs in all villas which have trio-bunk beds (double below and single above). This can also be used as an indoor garage. Downstairs the open plan living/kitchen area flows through bi-fold doors to the rear courtyard with its relaxing spa. Each villa has its own outside parking area with 2 spare parking spaces on the property. This modern, eco-friendly development is architecturally designed and positioned to gain maximum light and winter heating from the sun with solar water heating and solar generated electricity. Materials used are rammed earth walls, wood frame walls, polycarbonate, steel and color bond roofing and cladding for the upper storey. Interior floors are polished aggregate concrete.
